Here at Movie Art Arena, we respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or buy from our website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
- Order details: your name, shipping address, email address and phone number when you place an order.
- Payment details: payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Wish list: your wish list is saved in your own browser. We don't keep accounts or store it on our servers.
How We Use Your Information
- To process, ship and track your orders.
- To answer your questions and provide customer service.
- To send order updates and, if you sign up, news about new arrivals. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve our website and prevent fraud.
Sharing Your Information
We never sell your personal information. We only share it with the companies that help us run the store, such as our payment processor and shipping carriers, and only as much as they need to do their job.
Cookies
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser stores your cart, your wish list, and whether you've closed our cookie notice, only so those features work. Our payment processor, Stripe, may use its own cookies on the checkout page to process payments securely and prevent fraud. You can clear this storage in your browser settings, but that will empty your cart and wish list.
Keeping Your Information Safe
Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect your information. We work to keep your data safe.
Your Choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just contact us using the details below.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
